Dear schoolchildren, students,teachers and parents,

I cordially congratulate you on the Day of Knowledge! Today starts another year of getting new knowledge, recognizing new values and re-appreciating already gained knowledge. With a particular warmth I want to congratulate all the children who came to school for the first time, as well as all young boys and girls, who passing their exams, have become students of the universities they have chosen. I wish all students a lot of patience and consistency, and much progress in their study, and I wish the teachers lots of success and new achievements in the difficult but thankful mission of educating and upbringing of younger generation. A good education has always been a primary goal for our people, so I wish that the new academic year will be maximally effective. I assure you that the Municipality in its turn does its best to provide all necessary conditions for getting a good education. Dear schoolchildren! With your success and progress you will make our prosperous tomorrow more closer and take an active direct part in making our country and our dear Yerevan stronger and better.
