The program of improvement of the yards and parks of the capital carried out within the frames of Yerevan development program of 2014 has come to its final stage. Within the frames of the working visit to Shengavit Mayor Taron Margaryan solemnly opened the yards at Gorgagorcneri 21 and 26, Nzhdeh 27/1, 27/2, and Mantashyan 28a. Talking with the residents Taron Margaryan once again stressed that the policy of the Municipality of Yerevan is aimed at the proportional development of Yerevan and that the programs of yard improvement would be continued till all the yards of the capital were well-arranged.

«This area used to be occupied by garages and «kitchen gardens», and today we have comfortable recreation zones here which will we enjoyed by the residents. Taking the opportunity I want to thank the residents who voluntarily helped us to clean-up the areas and carry out complex yard improvement», said Taron Margaryan. Expressing gratitude to the Mayor for the initiative to make Yerevan more comfortable the residents noted that they willingly responded the Mayor's call and freed the illegally occupied areas. To provide proper recreation of the residents children's games, benches, bowers have been placed in the areas. New systems of lighting and irrigation were installed as well. New walkways were buidin the areas too.
