The delegation headed by Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan which is in Artsakh with an official visit, accompanied by Stepanakert Mayor Suren Grigoryan visited the memorial of the capital of NKR to render the memory tribute to victims of the Great Patriotic War and Artsakh liberation fight.

Together with his Stepanakert colleague Mayor Taron Margaryan laid flowers at the graved of Armenians fallen in Artsakh fight.
