On December 7, 2016, the Doctoral Candidates’ Forum was held at Nanjing University, China. This prestigious academic symposium was organized by the School of International Studies.

Four young scholars were invited to introduce their research in the field of International Relations. Armenian researcher Anahit Parzyan (Institute of International Studies of Nanjing University) was among them. She presented her research on US Cybersecurity Policy. Anahit gave a detailed analysis of US technical capabilities and methods for implementing its cyberpolicy. The presentations were followed by discussions on both the topics of research and the methods used by the speakers. The Forum was concluded by a ceremony for the presentation of Honorary Credentials to the speakers. Nanjing University is one of the top five universities in China, and is one of the first Universities in China to receive foreign students. It has hosted more than 10,000 international scholars and students from different countries. Its graduates have gone on to become prominent politicians, businessmen and scholars.
