In the period from November 16 to 22, 260 phone calls were received by the hot lines functioning in Yerevan City Hall. 222 issues raised by the citizens got corresponding solutions, the rset 38 ones are being processed.
62 phone calls were received by the hot lines of the staffs of the administrative districts. 43 of them got solutions, the rest 19 ones are in the process of solution.
