Indian gangster Sukhpreet Singh Dhaliwal, alias Budda, was taken into custody from Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport following his deportation from Armenia a day earlier.
Famous gangster who was wanted in more than 15 cases of murder, attempt to murder, extortion, etc., was arrested by the Interpol in Armenia in August, Hindustan Times reported.
A special team of Punjab police was sent to Armenia for Budda’s deportation.
Budda is a self-styled chief of the Davinder Bambiha gang. He is also suspected in links to Khalistan, a radical movement for the independence of Sikhs, Times Now reported.
