ARMENPRESS - Famous Russian Armenian businessman Samvel Karapetyan, will grant $5000 for every 4th baby born in an Artsakh family. Nagorno Karabagh Republic President Bako Sahakyan informed about this during the government session today.
Artak Beglaryan, spokesperson of the Prime Minister of NKR, informed about that the Government of Artsakh will grant an apartment to those families having 5 children.
“Therefore, after a third child is born, it is worth to resettle in Artsakh”, Artak Beglaryan wrote on his facebook page.
Who Is Samvel Karapetyan
Samvel Karapetyan heads the Tashir Group, a real estate firm in Russia that owns 28 shopping centers, nine office complexes, and 10 hotels. In 2014 the group collected more than $1 billion in revenue from leased space and opened the twentieth mall under the brand name RIO. Karapetyan made big acquisitions during the financial crisis and continues to buy property.
Born in Armenia, he moved to Kaluga, near Moscow, in the 1990s. His companies operate in 25 regions of Russia, but recently he has focused on launching new projects in the Moscow area.
Samvel Karapetyan donated $22 million for the construction of the new General hospital in Stepanakert, Nagorno Karabagh.
In March 2013 Karapetyan became the richest Armenian in the world, overtaking Armenian-American businessman Kirk Kerkorian.
