In the presence of Serzh Sargsyan and President of the European Council Donald Tusk, a Comprehensive and Enhanced Partnership Agreement was signed between Armenia and the European Union in Brussels.

The document was signed by Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian and the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Federica Mogherini, within the framework of the EU Eastern Partnership summit.
