In case of purchasing any transport ticket for the first time using the Telcell Wallet app, you will receive 3 free transport tickets (bus/metro).

The gift tickets will be available in the "Transport" section of the Telcell Wallet app and will be valid for 3 days. This promotion is valid from January 10 to January 20, inclusive.

How to Get 3 Free Tickets:

1.         Log in to the Telcell Wallet app.

2.         Click on “Transport” in the “Services” section on the home page.

3.         Click “Buy tickets,” select the type of transport: “Trolleybus,” “Bus or Metro,” or “Airport,” then choose the number of tickets you wish to purchase. Next, select your payment method and click “Next.”

4.         Click “Pay.”

5.         After confirming the payment, you will receive a notification about the gift tickets, which will appear in the "Tickets" section. Upon completing the purchase of your first transport ticket in the app, you will automatically receive 3 free transport tickets (bus/metro). This gift is a one-time offer for each user.

Need to Know:

•          The campaign is open to users who have completed full authentication by attaching their passport, bank card, or having Visa Digital card or a bank account opened in Telcell Wallet.

•          If authentication is unsuccessful, please contact the short number 8830 or send a personal message.

•          When purchasing an airport ticket, a bus or metro ticket (not an airport ticket) will be given as a gift.

•          A gift is not provided when a ticket is purchased from the self-service terminal. The gift is only given if the first ticket was purchased using Telcell Wallet (regardless of the number of tickets purchased).

•          If a ticket has been purchased previously with Telcell Wallet, the user cannot receive a gift.

•          Please note once again that the validity period of gift tickets for self-service use is 3 days.
